Agency Designer Work
Designed abandoned cart and promotional email campaigns for Tower 28 — a clean beauty brand working within their established identity. Three A/B variants tested different hero imagery, color application, and layout to determine which drove the strongest re-engagement.
Every email was built responsively and tested across devices like desktop and mobile renders adapting the layout without losing brand impact or content clarity.

In- House Designer Work
As the in-house digital designer I redesigned Touchstone's transactional email templates by transforming plain text-heavy communications into clear, on-brand experiences. The subscription cancellation email was restructured to lead with a strong retention message, highlight member benefits visually, and present a clear path to renew .Serving both the member's need for clarity and the business goal of reducing churn.
The order confirmation email received the same treatment , the old version was dense and unbranded. The redesign introduced clear visual hierarchy, responsive desktop and mobile layouts, and a consistent brand voice throughout. Both emails were built and deployed in Omnisend.
